Many people already consume enough sugar through their normal diet and these cold drinks inject extra sugar which can make their body resistant to insulin. This may result into possibility of causing Type 2 disease. Instead of cold drinks, beverages like coconut water, curd, and buttermilk can make you feel much better than these cold drinks.

There are no shortcuts to weight loss and hence there is no alternative to exercise also. You should not be seated at any place for more than an hour. Move your body, do sitting exercises while working, shake your hands, do neck movements, etc. and apart from this, give at least 45 minutes in a day for any exercise you prefer. You can go to the gym or just walk on the backyards of your home. Remember, this body is not meant be seated like a statue. It should keep moving.
