The core of telematics involves a network of devices and systems working together. GPS units pinpoint the vehicle’s location. Sensors collect data on speed, odometer readings, driving behavior, and engine health. This information is then transmitted to servers for analysis and storage.

The applications are vast. Fleet managers use telematics to optimize routes and reduce fuel costs. Insurance companies leverage it for usage-based policies. For drivers, it aids in navigation, emergency assistance, predictive maintenance, and even sustainability.

Bianca: My love for cars and technology started young. Even though I studied finance and marketing, my diverse skill set—from NLP to change management—gave me a unique perspective.

As my career progressed, I realized the power of effective marketing and business strategy in driving telematics adoption. So, I shifted my focus to combining my technical passion with marketing expertise. I wanted to bridge the gap between technology and business, helping companies get the most from their telematics investments.

I really wanted to understand an industry, a project, a device, a platform and there were situations when I was with the technical team in the field to feel that implementation.

What excites me most is the opportunity to innovate and create tangible impacts. Telematics is transforming the way we manage and use vehicles, and I’m passionate about helping businesses thrive in this connected world.

Bianca: Insights Revealed is a natural outcome of my 13 years of dedication and experience in the telematics industry. I’ve seen firsthand the challenges businesses face. My core service offerings evolved from this extensive experience.

My core focus is helping businesses harness the power of telematics. I offer tailored consulting to optimize operations, boost efficiency, and drive profitability. My data analysis workshops transform raw data into actionable insights, enabling you to optimize operations and uncover new growth opportunities.

Beyond that, I assist companies in smoothly integrating telematics into their operations. My change management expertise ensures minimal resistance and maximum adoption. These skills extend beyond telematics to broader automotive industry transformations.

I ensure that my clients have the security and confidence that their current and future telematics needs will be met with ready and reliable solutions.

Bianca: My days are a whirlwind of strategy, operations, and leadership. Telematics is my life—I eat, drink, and breathe telematics. Even in moments of rest, my mind continues to generate new ideas and insights. It’s like having a 24/7 computer in my head, always processing information and solutions to move the company forward.

The USA Leaders: How do you measure your success? Can you share a specific example?

Bianca: In my work, I measure success through various metrics that reflect the tangible impact of my services on clients’ businesses. Of course, operational improvements and cost savings for clients are great. But ultimately, happy clients who see results are my biggest win. Their positive word-of-mouth is the best marketing I can get.

But I’ve used these obstacles as motivation. When people doubted my expertise, I’d let my deep knowledge and experience speak for itself. Instead of seeing my gender as a hurdle, I leveraged it as a unique perspective that enriched discussions and decision-making processes. It gave me a unique perspective, and I’ve always been open about educating others in the industry.

Bianca: My future goal is to build on our reputation for excellence while exploring new opportunities. By fostering a culture of innovation and customer focus, we’ll drive sustained growth and make a lasting impact on the telematics industry.

The USA Leaders: How do you balance your demanding career with your personal life? What do you enjoy doing outside of work?

Bianca: Maintaining a healthy work-life balance is essential for me, especially with a dynamic career in the telematics industry and the responsibilities of being a parent to a 15-year-old boy.

I prioritize tasks, set boundaries, and stay flexible. Travel helps me recharge and gain new perspectives. I also love movies, theater, and concerts. They offer a great escape and fuel my creativity. And honestly, I am in love with this industry, I like to say that I speak telematics, so I am quite lucky to be so passionate about my activity.
