However, Jeni is disappointed with how the marketing industry is filled with buzzwords and meaningless metrics, with little or no return on clients’ investment. The term “marketing agency” often brings to mind overpriced services that don’t deliver. To counteract this, Jeni and her team focus on setting measurable and meaningful goals with their clients. They hold themselves accountable and are dedicated to demonstrating the return on investment for their clients. Jeni’s View on Women’s Participation in Entrepreneurship

Jeni initially faced apprehension about expanding her business as a solo female entrepreneur. The lack of female mentors made it difficult for her to take the first steps. She admits to facing the challenge of women being competitive with each other in the business world, with the belief that there is only one seat at the table.
